Operations Specialist
Description: Will act as an Advisory Board Member to offer guidance and support on how to address community needs by providing a youthful perspective on how to reach today’s youth. This is a chance for you to use your voice to serve the community and gain leadership skills. ABM will meet monthly to discuss service projects, recruitment strategies, fundraising ideas & other aspects of AGZ day to day operation of the agency. Seeking a College student that is passionate about working with Generation Z. Can use for volunteers, interns, experiential learning hours. (Flexible work hours with work from home/office options)
Requirements:
Training: New Hire Orientation and Client Services Specialized Training
Age: High School Diploma or GED
Personal: Good listening skills, patient, non- judgmental, sensitive to the feelings of others, quick thinker, calm under pressure, self-starter. Paid Interns must be able to lift 25 pounds. Must have a laptop, reliable transportation, and able to pass a background check.
Communication and Marketing Intern
Description: Lead the promotion of youth and college student issues, using social media channels, digital material, and other forms of appropriate communication to the community. Be available to interview with students, families, faculty members, community leaders regarding their position on youth groups and organizations. Bring creative ideas and energy to the position. Other duties as assigned. Draft press releases and assisting AGZ program staff. Excellent written, oral, social media-based, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Can use for volunteers, interns, experiential learning hours. (Flexible work hours with work from home/office options)

Community Engagement & Partnerships Intern
Description: Contribute to the short and long-term goals of the department and its programs. Working in a variety of areas to help reach the departmental outcomes of providing programs and services that support student’s leadership development and promote student engagement & community fundraising activities. Help staff with secure new schools and sending out letters to potential donors. Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and training's. Create, plan and organize all AGZ signature events. Act as an ambassador and recruit for all activities on an ongoing basis.

Video Production Intern
Description: We are seeking an inspiring Camera Operator, Production insist, Show Producers, Show Director who wants to help AGZ tell compelling stories of the trials and tribulations of the challenges today’s youth and young adults face. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of creating content that will showcase the voices of the next generation. Qualifications: * Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms. MUST be experienced in video editing tools and Adobe Suite. Must have access to a camera.
