Discipline Reimagined Journey
A 12-stage culture transformation initiative that takes youth-serving organizations through a cross-sector process to create safer schools, stronger communities, connected wraparound support services, and a closed communication gap — by inviting business and community leaders to join them and co-create solutions for the young people living in those communities. 318 learning labs. 7,400 young people reached. Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

Classroom to Career Initiative
A bilingual career readiness program connecting secondary students to 10 essential industry pathways through 40 career videos, 80 curriculum lessons, regional Y.L.I.T. Career Summits, and real-world workforce experiences. Goal: 14,000 youth across 60 locations between 2030 and 2036.
